Logistics Dispatcher Coordinator Blue Arbor New Bern, NC 28562 We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating transportation activities, ensuring timely delivery of fuel, and optimizing routes using advanced transportation management systems. This role is crucial in maintaining efficient supply chain operations and requires strong analytical skills, as well as proficiency in EXCEL and data entry. Ideal candidate will be available for various needed shifts. Duties Coordinate daily transportation operations, including scheduling and dispatching freight shipments. Analyze transportation data to optimize routes and improve delivery efficiency. Utilize GPS technology to monitor vehicle locations and provide real-time updates. Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate records of shipments, including data entry into transportation management systems. Collaborate with supply chain teams to address any logistical challenges that arise. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the transportation process. Requirements Proven experience in logistics or transportation planning is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Proficient in using EXCEL (testing is required)
