Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch caregivers to client homes in a timely and efficient manner Coordinate shifts and ensure proper coverage for all client needs Manage last-minute call-outs and schedule changes with urgency and professionalism Communicate with caregivers and clients to confirm assignments and changes Maintain accurate records in scheduling software Provide outstanding customer service to clients and support to field staff

Requirements:

1+ years of dispatching or scheduling experience (home care or healthcare preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy; comfortable using scheduling software and systems High level of professionalism, dependability, and attention to detail Why Join Us?
