As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the dispatch board, ensuring all service calls are scheduled efficiently, and supervising a remote Customer Service Representative (CSR). Your organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the dispatch board, ensuring service calls are assigned to the appropriate technicians in a timely manner. Supervise a remote CSR, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Communicate effectively with technicians, ensuring they have the necessary information to complete jobs accurately and efficiently.
