Dispatcher/Account Assistant Lightpath Electric 2024 East 7th Street, Charlotte, NC 28204 Service Coordinator Electrical Contracting Company The Service Coordinator will have the ability to work independently while having the ability to work and communicate and collaborate with service technicians in the field, customers and other inner office teams to provide necessary information.

Responsibilities:

Answer service phone calls and emails to dispatch appropriate technician and provide important information to prepare them for their on-site visit. Process work orders (high volume) and communicate across multiple departments and platforms. Provide exceptional Customer Service via phone, and email. Assist Account Manager with all day to day transactions to included: creating work orders, dispatching, reaching out to customer with scheduling information, quoting jobs, ordering material, following up with all tasks in a timely manner. Uploading images and any other type of supporting documents into online portals.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in dispatching. Must be able to multitask and manage multiple requests simultaneously. Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others. Be professional, friendly, and engaging when communicating with customers and fellow team members. Be proficient in Microsoft Excel (mandatory), Word and Outlook, and Adobe.
