Dispatcher/Call Center My Little Helper Co 19520 West Catawba Avenue, Cornelius, NC 28031 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while fostering positive relationships. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively. Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products. Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring data entry accuracy. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the call center database. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery. Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Requirements Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred. Previous experience in a call center or office environment is a plus. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers. Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions. Experience in sales or customer service roles is highly desirable. A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
