We’re currently seeking an experienced and dependable Dispatcher/Logistics Coordinator to help manage deliveries and ensure smooth, efficient operations. Job Summary In this role, you’ll coordinate customer orders, schedule concrete deliveries, and act as the communication hub between clients, drivers, and our production team. You’ll play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational success. Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch concrete deliveries using company systems
- Enter and manage customer orders with accuracy
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and plant staff to ensure timely, efficient service
- Optimize resources to increase delivery and production efficiency
- Ensure quality standards are met and assist in product testing as needed
- Prepare delivery tickets and handle COD transactions securely
- Support delivery teams with compliance and regulation adherence
- Prepare delivery driver schedules
- Assist in scheduling raw materials Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, customer service, or operations
- Computer literacy and experience with dispatch software
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. Skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of concrete mixes, construction specs, and raw materials
