Responsibilities Monitor and manage incoming communications via phone, radio, and other platforms to ensure timely dispatch of personnel and resources. Coordinate the deployment of staff in response to incidents or requests for service. Maintain accurate logs of all communications, dispatches, and incidents for reporting purposes. Utilize CCTV and surveillance systems to monitor activities within designated areas, ensuring safety and security. Collaborate with law enforcement and loss prevention teams as necessary to address security concerns. Handle conflict management situations with professionalism and tact, ensuring effective resolution. Prepare detailed reports on incidents, dispatch activities, and operational efficiency. Skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively relay information between team members and external agencies. Proficient in dispatching techniques with a solid understanding of operational protocols. Experience with CCTV systems and surveillance technology is preferred. Ability to manage conflicts calmly and efficiently while maintaining a focus on resolution. Knowledge of law enforcement procedures is advantageous. Familiarity with report writing standards to document incidents accurately. A relevant certification in dispatching or related fields is a plus.
