Scheduling ACT – Salisbury, NC HQ Overview Access Control Technologies is looking for a dispatcher with experience. We specialize in the installation and service of Video Surveillance, Access Control, Gate, and Gate entry systems throughout the entire United States. Responsibilities As a full-time dispatcher, you will be one of the faces of our company. You will answer the phones and either route the caller to the appropriate extension or setup a service call in our systems. When not on inbound calls you will make outbound calls and emails to verify appointments and follow-up on completed appointments. This position is being offered on our new 4 day per week 10 hour per day work schedule, offering a full-time position with 3 day weekends. We require hard work, dedication, and the desire to learn. Qualifications Strong phone and computer skills, must be able to do both at once. Experience in the Service Industry. Ability to always project a positive attitude. Ability to multi-task. Ability to work on a team or on an individual project. Ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals. Effective interpersonal skills to represent the company to new and existing customers. Must be organized, self-driven, and customer service focused. Must-Haves.
