Overview:
Access Control Technologies is looking for a dispatcher with experience. We specialize in the installation and service of Video Surveillance, Access Control, Gate, and Gate entry systems throughout the entire United States.
Responsibilities:
As a full-time dispatcher, you will be one of the faces of our company. You will answer the phones and either route the caller to the appropriate extension or setup a service call in our systems. When not on inbound calls you will make outbound calls and emails to verify appointments and follow-up on completed appointments. This position is being offered on our new 4 day per week 10 hour per day work schedule, offering a full-time position with 3 day weekends. We require hard work, dedication, and the desire to learn.
Qualifications:
Strong phone and computer skills, must be able to do both at once. Experience in the Service Industry. Ability to always project a positive attitude. Ability to multi-task. Ability to work on a team or on an individual project. Ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals.
