We are seeking a highly organized and proactive dispatch manager to join our team and oversee the scheduling and dispatching of concreted deliveries across our service area. Job Summary Responsible for managing daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of concrete products, and maintaining high levels of communication with customers, drivers, and plant personnel. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily concrete delivery schedules. Communicate effectively with customers to confirm orders and delivery times. Monitor and adjust dispatch operations based on traffic, weather, and job site conditions. Assign and route delivery trucks to meet production and customer requirements. Track and report key metrics such as delivery times, plant output, and truck utilization. Ensure compliance with DOT and company safety regulations. Train and mentor dispatch staff on best practices in dispatching and customer service. Resolve customer issues and delivery disputes promptly and professionally. Work closely with sales, plant managers, and quality control departments. Utilize transportation management systems (Integra, Command Alkon) to track shipments and manage schedules. Qualifications Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, as well as proficiency in transportation management systems. Proven experience in dispatching or transportation management is essential. 3+ years of experience in construction dispatch or logistics management. Strong knowledge of ready-mix concrete operations, materials, and delivery logistics. Proficient in dispatch software (i.e., Integra, Command Alkon). Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Working Conditions:
