Join our team as a Service Dispatcher where you will play a crucial role in coordinating service requests and ensuring timely dispatch of technicians. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in logistics, time management, and efficiency.

Duties:

• Analyze service requests and dispatch appropriate resources efficiently
• Coordinate services with Customer Service
• Utilize systems such as Service Titan for effective dispatching and tracking
• Handle incoming service calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
• Assist in operations to support warehouse and material delivery
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain service records

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a dispatching role or similar logistics position is preferred
• Familiarity with phone systems and dispatch software is advantageous
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
