2nd Shift Dispatcher – Five Star Towing We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Dispatcher to join our team! This role is crucial in helping us respond quickly and efficiently to calls and coordinating with our drivers. ????
Shift:
Approximately 7:00 PM – 1:00 AM, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed. ????
Location:
Saddle Brook, New Jersey 07663 Responsibilities include: Answering calls from customers, AAA and law enforcement Dispatching drivers to calls in a timely manner Communicating clearly and professionally with drivers and customers Logging calls and maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
Prior dispatch experience preferred (especially in towing or transportation) Must be able to use a computer Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to stay calm under pressure Flexibility with schedule ????
