How you will make an impact: Make independent decisions on employee work assignments and locations based on operational needs. Direct employee work assignments in a professional and courteous manner. When operationally necessary, give ”direct order” to agents refusing an assignment while maintaining professionalism and remaining calm. Promptly receive and respond to telephone and radio calls in a professional and timely manner. Complete daily reporting thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner. Project a positive image while responding openly, honestly, and timely to inquires in a courteous manner. Perform other duties as required. Ability to be flexible and work schedules that span a 24/7 operation including weekends, holidays and work overtime as needed. Work shifts will be assigned and may include late nights and early mornings.
What you will bring:
Required Experience, Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent Ability to understand and communicate verbal and written instructions in English. Must be detail-oriented and able to perform multiple tasks making independent decisions involving the operation. Must possess strong organizational and planning skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach others. Must be a goal-directed leader and demonstrate service-oriented performance. Must be familiar with all FAA/TSA/Airline/Company regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills and drive for operational excellence while taking responsibility for decisions. Intermediate experience with MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel). Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must pass pre-employment screenings. Must meet necessary requirements to obtain and retain security sensitive identification badge. Must complete all training and maintain certification through employment. Must possess and maintain a valid US state driver’s license (suspended, expired, revoked, or denied licenses are not valid). Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Skills Previous airport and/or customer service experience preferred. Previous radio/phone dispatch experience preferred. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
