Responsibilities:

Proficient in making outbound calls to customers and communicating scheduling details. Experienced in handling emergency calls, remaining calm, and providing clear instructions under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess situations and coordinate effective resolutions.
