Drayage Dispatch Coordinator Armen Freight Services Elizabeth, NJ 07206 Armen Freight services is looking for a dispatcher coordinator with experience in the NJ/NY terminals. The ideal candidate would have worked in the industry for at least two years. You must be able to multi-task and work with others as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision. Responsibilities Receive emails from clients and process shipment requests Check availability of Containers or Booking Numbers Make appointments to pick up and deliver containers Prioritize shipments for optimum performance Input data into our TMS accurately and efficiently. Skills Proven experience in customer service Tech-savvy with knowledge of terminal websites Fast typing with experience in data entry Proficient in English (oral and written) Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities Active listener with excellent communication skills Sound judgement and critical thinking
