We are looking for a Full-time Service Dispatcherthat will be the liaison between our company and its current andpotential customers. The successful candidate will be able toaccept ownership for effectively solving customer issues ,complaints, and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at thecore of every decision and behavior and assist. ResponsibilitiesManage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timelymanner Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, researchevery issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives Seizeopportunities to upsell products when they arise Build sustainablerelationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile Keeprecords of all conversations in our call center database in acomprehensible way Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitativetargets Monday-Friday 8am-4:30 pm.
