DISPATCHER FOR 24 HR TOWING COMPANY
(BRONX) Empire State towing inc Story Ave near Bronx river ave compensation: 18-24 a hour Starting depends on experience plus overtime employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Dispatcher/Assistant Proper in house training and support
- Working with a team that supports the company culture
- Constant phone communication
- Working with friendly helpful co-workers Job requirements include, but not limited to:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Process in coming and place out bound calls
- Digital dispatch for multiple trucks
- Full fill orders and service requests
- Must be able to multi task
- On-line GPS mapping
- Seek information and be resourceful
- Provide driver support
- Assist front counter
- Effectively communicate with vendors with positive friendly attitude
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- Experience in towing industry is a plus .
