The Key responsibilities include:

Must be able to provide up to the minute support to drivers and customers. Communicate using dispatch software, radios and also phones. Handle up to minute changes and trip requests in a timely and efficient manner. Communicate with drivers and customers in a professional, clear and concise manner. Look ahead at next day or afternoon set ups and make appropriate changes and schedules for drivers to maximize efficiencies. Handle in-bound phone calls in a fast-paced environment Work with attention to detail and great communication skills, both internally and externally. Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager.

Required Skills and qualifications:

Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively plan and manage complex bus routes. Excellent communication skills when interacting with drivers, school staff, and parents. Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment Proficiency with computer systems and transportation management software. Must be knowledge of Monroe geography and school district boundaries.
