We are currently looking for a Monitoring Center Operator who has the ability to work efficiently in the office, is hard working, and a dedicated team player. You will assist in successfully maintaining the office. Monitoring Center/Central Station Operator duties include, but are not limited to: Maintaining the customer database Processing new accounts Routing daily service calls to technicians Checking daily customer reports – placing new jobs online Remotely programming electronic access cards Other administrative duties (i.e. answering phones, checking emails, scheduling appointments, etc.) All interested candidates may EMAIL their resume to the address listed above or submit it via FAX to 212-764-2006.
