We specialize in various sectors of the transportation market, including non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT), special needs bus services, and paratransit services. Summary We are seeking Dispatchers to join our NEMT division to enhance our operation efficiency and help achieve company growth initiates. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing transportation operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Responsibilities Coordinate daily dispatch operations for various NEMT clients in need of wheelchair or stretcher transport services. Manage communication with drivers to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs. Analyze transportation needs and allocate resources effectively. Utilize transportation management systems to track and optimize routes. Provide excellent customer service through effective phone etiquette and problem resolution. Provide support, direction, and oversight to drivers. Requirements Five (5) years experience in dispatching or a similar role within the transportation industry. Strong understanding of transportation management principles. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions quickly. Highly proficient in computer systems. Thrive in fast paced environment with attention to detail. A self starter who can perform tasks with limited supervision.
