Qualifications:
Sound & Good Judgment Computer Knowledge Required Dispatch Experience Preferred Geographical Knowledge of Five (5) Boroughs Ability to Work in a Fast Paced Environment Ability to Work Various Shifts Must Have Excellent Customer Service Experience. Great Professional Attitude! Must Be Able To Pass DOT Pre-Employment & Random Drug Screenings.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch transportation services efficiently.
- Utilize logistics and transportation management systems to track drivers.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and clients to ensure timely pickups.
- Input data accurately into transportation management software.
- Monitor and manage fleet operations to optimize efficiency.
