Dispatcher 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Staten Island, NY 10301 Summary of dispatcher (waste collection and wwtp) We are seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher to coordinate the scheduling and routing of waste collection and transport vehicles at our Staten Island waste processing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operations, maintain communication with drivers, and respond promptly to service issues. Responsibilities of dispatcher Schedule and dispatch trucks for waste pickup and delivery Monitor routes and adjust assignments as needed Maintain real-time communication with drivers and facility staff Log service data and prepare daily reports Handle customer inquiries and service requests
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Dispatching or logistics experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient with routing software and basic computer systems up to 35 plus an hour doe #civ123
