Dispatcher and Coordinator Position Available In Berks, Pennsylvania

Overview:

Buckingham/Wolfe is a national leader in structural lifting and relocation. We are currently seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Wolfe House Movers division. This is a vital role that goes beyond scheduling—it requires excellent people skills, crew coordination savvy and the ability to serve as the key liaison between our teams and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assign crew members to structural moving projects based on availability, skillset and location + Create, maintain and adjust daily/weekly schedules for multiple field crews + Act as a primary point of contact with clients to coordinate job timelines, access issues and changes + Communicate project details clearly to site leaders and crew members + Monitor equipment availability and ensure crews are properly outfitted for the day + Track job status and update internal systems accordingly + Collaborate with the fabrication, transport and engineering departments when needed + Support overall office coordination with a team mindset

Requirements Qualifications:
