individual who has attention to detail with excellent communication/phone skills. Towbooks and AAA experience a plus. Microsoft office background needed. Candidate should have at least two years of dispatch experience. This is a family run, local business in search of an upbeat enthusiastic employee to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

answering incoming calls, dispatching drivers, following up on each call with driver & customer, tracking and inputting invoices, accounts payable for Shop vendors, as well as time tracking of drivers, assist with filing of abandoned vehicle paperwork and various additional project & tasks. Shift is 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday in office and every other Saturday 9am to 1pm in office. It is important to be familiar with the King of Prussia area.

Qualifications:

2+ year experience as a dispatcher/logistical coordinator Familiarity with internet, smartphone & GPS devices and Micorsoft Office Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills Excellent time management skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to multi-task Must have excellent interpersonal skills Attention to detail and follow through We are looking for someone who is interested in working.
