Gate Attendant :

Monitors members, guests, contractors, and vendors ingress and egress at said location.

Dispatcher:

Maintain Command and Control of the Public safety Officers from Control Center.

PRIMARY DUTIES / GATE ATTENDANT

1. Respond to inquiries from members, guests, etc. 2. Be aware of, and conform to the Rules and Regulations of the Community in addition to understanding and conforming to any relative operations orders, etc. 3. Issue guest, visitor and contractor passes as warranted. 4. Provide directions to visitors / guests as necessary. 5. Take complaints from within the community and issue Suggestion/Complaint forms when warranted

PRIMARY DUTIES / DISPATCHER

1. Keep radio communications between Control and Patrol Vehicles always open. 2. Responsible for identifying and logging calls for service and Incident Reports. 3. Issue guest, visitor and contractor passes into the system as warranted. 4. Notify Public Safety Supervisors, Administration, and Maintenance as required, via Radio or Phone of any situations pertaining to specific departments. 5. Coordinate emergency responses from Pennsylvania State Police, Fire, and EMS Personnel. 6. Respond to Telephone calls for assistance from members and authorized guests. 7. Keep Patrol apprised of any occurrence requiring Public Safety Officer attention. 8. Knowledge of the Rules and Regulations of the Community. 9. Monitoring All Cameras in the Community to ensure the safety of residents and employees. 10. Enter all events of their shift into the Report System.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS

1. Ability to deal with the public. 2. Basic knowledge of Radio Communications a plus. 3. Basic knowledge of First Aid/AED/EMT a plus. 4. Must possess a valid PA Driver’s License

WORKING CONDITIONS

1. Must be available to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays. 2. May be asked to work overtime or double shifts. 3. Must be in Saw Creek Public Safety issued uniform while on duty. The Director of Public Safety must approve any exception to this rule. 4. Attendance at security related seminars sponsored by Saw Creek is required for all Officers
