School Bus Dispatcher Myers Transportation, Inc. 2001 Ball Park Ct, Export, PA 15632 Overview We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation logistics and ensuring timely communication between drivers, clients, and management. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties Manage daily dispatch operations Communicate effectively with drivers via Radio, phone systems to provide instructions, updates, and support. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and address any issues that may arise during transit. Monitor vehicle locations and status to ensure adherence to schedules. Experience Familiarity with transportation planning processes is advantageous. Proficiency in using phone systems for effective communication. Ability to make informed decisions quickly. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
