Qualifications:
DOT permit experience (mandatory).
MINIMUM 5 YEARS
in trucking and dispatch functions. Knowledge of the permitting process for oversize loads. Strong organizational skills. Must be able to maintain files. Attention to details of dispatch and accounting. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines. Must be able to work 40 hours a week (with overtime as needed) and perform other related duties as required.
Daily Responsibilities:
Answer multi-line telephone. Coordinate cranes w/ tractor trailers for hauling counterweights & materials. Coordinate repairs and PM services with the shop. Keep dispatch operations records current. Maintain accurate files for DOT regulations and insurance compliance. Assist in other activities/duties assigned as needed.
