The Big Task:
Provide premium customer service and efficiently dispatch technicians to demand and maintenance calls. Maximize every opportunity to ensure success of your department! Be the constant motivator for your technicians by providing support and encouragement even on the most challenging days.
Responsibilities:
Meet daily revenue goals by prioritizing the most urgent and profitable calls. Build meaningful relationships with the technicians you are dispatching. Match the right technician to every call regardless of geography. Openly communicate with the dispatch supervisor and service managers about strengths and opportunities within the service departments. Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences. Manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field. Ensure daily minimum capacity for your department is met and relay deficits/overages to the service managers in order to formulate plans to meet the daily goals. Record the results of each service call and follow up as necessary. Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business. Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand. Participate in training to boost sales and ensure quick, accurate dispatch of incoming orders. Update customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress and reschedule low priority calls as necessary. Sell/schedule estimates and communicate sold jobs and materials needed to the plumbing parts department. Participate in the on-call rotation. Other duties as assigned by management and supervisors.
