Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries via telecommunication channels Provide accurate information about products and services Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records Consult with other departments to ensure comprehensive customer support Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills Requirements Proven experience in customer service or telecommunication roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Comfortable with technology and telecommunication tools Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
