Transportation Specialist 2.0 2.0 out of 5 stars Greer, SC 29651 Eastside Transportation, a leading limo, shuttle, and ground transportation provider, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Evening Dispatcher to join our operations team. This in-office role is critical to ensuring smooth, timely service to our clients and drivers during the evening hours. Pay ranges from $18-$20 per hour based on experience. Additional hours may be available to help cover shifts as needed. As a Dispatcher, you will serve as the central point of contact for customers and drivers, handling everything from scheduling rides to processing payments and sending out timely dispatch instructions. You’ll need strong communication skills, solid computer abilities, and a high level of organization. Experience with Microsoft Office and dispatch/reservation software is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and route incoming customer phone calls professionally Assign and dispatch drivers based on schedule and availability Process customer payment details accurately and securely Respond to email inquiries and booking requests Enter trip details into our dispatching software system Maintain clear communication with drivers throughout their shifts

Requirements:

Must work on-site at our Greenville office from 5 PM-12 AM, Wed-Sat High attention to detail and ability to multitask Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Comfortable using dispatch or reservation software Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Additional hours may be available to fill in when needed You’ll report directly to our Operations Manager.
