As a Housekeeping Dispatcher, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the operations run smoothly by coordinating communication, scheduling, and administrative tasks. Your efficiency and attention to detail will directly contribute to guest satisfaction and a positive work environment.
Responsibilities Communication Hub:
Serve as the central point of contact for housekeeping team members, relaying messages and information efficiently.
Clear Communication:
Facilitate timely and clear communication between the housekeeping team, guests, front desk, and other departments.
Scheduling:
Develop and manage daily and weekly housekeeping schedules to optimize efficiency.
Administrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks, such as supply orders and reporting.
Guest Satisfaction:
Ensure guest requests and feedback are addressed promptly and professionally.
Team Coordination:
Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications Excellent Communication:
