Job Description
Dispatch Manager – Bilingual Confidential Nashville, TN 37217 This is an immediate opening for an experienced floor covering production manager to organize and oversee flooring schedule as well as the installation process for our multi-family, builder and commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure capacity of the installer base meets or exceeds the needs of our customers. Recruit and retain new and existing crews.
- Ensure quality and professional installations.
- Ensure the materials are properly staged for next day dispatch.
- Ensure sub-contractors are paid in a timely manner and in the correct agreed upon amounts.
- Liaison between installers and the internal team
- Trouble shoot and use creative problem solving to correct issues in the field.
- Qualified candidate must have some experience in floor covering to be successful. Benefits
