HVAC Service Coordinator – Service Division
Location:
Must be local to the Nashville, TN area
Compensation:
Up to $60,000 base + benefits
Position Type:
Full-Time
A leading mechanical contractor is seeking a Service Coordinator to support their growing HVAC division. This position plays a critical role in scheduling, coordinating service calls, and keeping communication seamless between the field and office teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians efficiently
Coordinate routine and emergency service calls
Track work orders, technician availability, and parts needed
Maintain ongoing communication with technicians and clients
Assist with quoting, invoicing, and service follow-ups as needed
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in HVAC, Service Coordination, Dispatch, Customer Service, or Accounting
HVAC or refrigeration system knowledge is a strong plus
Highly organized with clear and professional communication skills
Familiar with service dispatch software or job tracking systems
Must be local to the Nashville area and available for in-office work
