You will be responsible for ensuring efficient routing and scheduling of deliveries while maintaining clear communication with drivers and clients. Duties Coordinate and schedule transportation activities Communicate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments Analyze delivery data to optimize routes and improve efficiency Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Dispatch drivers to appropriate locations Collaborate with supply chain partners to streamline operations Experience Prior experience in dispatching or transportation management preferred Proficiency in using transportation management systems such as Oracle Transportation Management Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Strong communication skills to effectively interact with drivers and clients Familiarity with AS400 system is a plus Knowledge of shipping receiving processes is advantageous
