Position Overview:

Chandler & Campbelle Investment Group, in partnership with ABM Aviation, is seeking a highly organized and reliable Dispatch Operations Specialist to support airport shuttle and transportation services at Nashville International Airport (BNA). This position plays a critical role in managing real-time communication between dispatch and drivers, performing vehicle inspections, and coordinating safe and efficient transportation services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR, and the ability to obtain and maintain a secure airport access badge.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate two-way radios to communicate with drivers regarding assignments, safety updates, and route adjustments Conduct vehicle inspections alongside drivers using handheld digital devices Safely transport drivers to and from secure airside locations as needed Monitor and report vehicle and driver activity using GPS tracking systems Provide timely responses to phone inquiries and coordinate dispatch schedules Use Microsoft Office applications to: Draft and distribute pass-down reports Maintain dispatch logs and email communications Learn to operate and support electric vehicle charging stations and fuel pump systems (Training provided) Ensure compliance with all airport, TSA, and ABM safety standards

Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver?s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Must be able to pass a TSA/DHS background check and obtain an airport security badge Prior experience in transportation, dispatch, or customer service roles preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Strong verbal communication, time management, and organizational skills Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and maintain reliable, on-site attendance Ability to learn and support electric and fuel station systems through provided training

Additional Information:

This position is on-site at Nashville International Airport (BNA) In-house training will be provided for specialized systems and airport procedures Uniform and equipment will be provided in accordance with airport and company standards
