Our Dispatchers are responsible for assisting drivers with complex issues efficiently and effectively, while thinking of creative solutions to facilitate the safe transport of freight.

• We are looking for individuals who are available to work a flexible workweek which would include some night and weekend coverage.

• Weekend Schedule:

  8:00 a.m.

• 8:00 p.m. Saturday
• Sunday & 8:00 a.m.
• 8:00 p.m. Tuesday

• Wednesday Night Schedule:

  7:00 p.m.

• 7:00 a.

m. 4 nights on then 4 nights off

Responsibilities:

Communicates in a clear and consistent manner and with high integrity both internally and externally. Manages drivers during extended coverage shifts. Accurate data entry of the company computer systems. Escalates and/or resolves problems per guidelines, with very little guidance in some situations. Works with team members to solve problems. Provides clear work instructions to drivers. Demonstrates high resource utilization.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (Required). Proficient communicator (English Proficient). Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
