Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available Your Responsibilities:
As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our customers.
Your responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and processing alarms, trouble signals, and supervisory signals as they are received.
- Determining and contacting the appropriate authorities—police, fire, or medical—based on the situation.
- Placing outgoing calls to verify alarms, dispatch the correct authorities, and notify responsible parties.
- Maintaining clear and calm communication with customers.
- Accurately documenting all responses in our alarm monitoring software.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- No previous experience required; comprehensive training provided
- Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
- Availability to attend mandatory training for 2 weeks (Mon
- Fri, 9am
- 4:30pm)
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong customer service skills, with an ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
