In this position this candidate will be responsible for ensuring all of our service projects are scheduled timely for our customers and matched with the appropriate technicians. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Displaying superior customer service, mainly over the phone. High sense of urgency & ability to problem solve on the fly Review project details & pair with appropriate operations personnel Contact clients and clearly communicate when their project will start Update clients when any changes are made in the schedule Ensuring all technicians have consistent work-loads week to week Adjust & adapt the service schedule as needed when projects finish early or late Clearly document each customer interaction in record-keeping database
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required College degree a plus Must have past experience in a high volume, fast paced industry with an extreme focus on customer service Experience in a construction trade highly desired Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong ability to multi-task, handle distractions, maintain focus, & problem solve Ability to resolve conflicts & handle objections Strong computer and record keeping skills Excellent customer service skills with a strong desire to help others Active listener Quality conscious and detail oriented Coach-able Ability to set priorities Highly organized and self-motivated Strong interpersonal skills
