This position is supervising drivers to coordinate all needs. Excellent time management, communication and organizational skills are essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
Constant communication with the sales team and the customers Organizing and prioritizing workflow to deliveries Manage and coordinate daily orders to appropriate Drivers Routing drivers based on delivery date, jobsite accessibility, and load type. Report on all customer complaints and daily issues to the Operations Manager. Manage driver hours based on the workload.
Qualifications:
High school diploma Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatch, preferably in the lumber or building materials environment. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Phone etiquette and should be able to work under stressful conditions. Excellent time management skills Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance Exceptional attendance
