Job Summary As a CSR/Dispatcher, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and a critical link between our clients and technicians. You’ll handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, dispatch service teams, and ensure smooth communication between all parties. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls and respond to service requests in a professional and timely manner. Schedule and coordinate service appointments using dispatch software. Assign jobs to appropriate field technicians based on availability, location, and job type. Follow up with customers regarding service appointments and ensure satisfaction. Communicate effectively with technicians throughout the day to track progress and relay updates. Maintain accurate records of all calls, work orders, and customer interactions. Support general office functions as needed, including data entry, email correspondence, and filing. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 1+ years of experience in a customer service or dispatching role (experience in plumbing/electrical/HVAC is a plus). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and dispatching software (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar is a plus). Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
