Job Description
Dispatch and Support Specialist The DS Family of Companies Sevierville, TN 37876 Dispatch and Support Specialist The DS Family of Companies would like to invest in the right individual to join our PoolScapes and Commercial Service and Maintenance divisions as a Dispatch and Support Specialist. Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch Service calls to field technicians based on availability, skills and location Communicate with clients via phone and email to schedule appointments, follow up and answer questions Monitor job progress and tech schedules throughout the day Accurately enter and update service data, work orders, equipment and client information into our system Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and providers when necessary Provide administrative and operational support to all team members as needed
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in dispatching, customer service or administrative support (field service experience a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attitude, organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using scheduling and CRM software (experience with Sage 100 Contractor, Paperless, Media Lifeline or similar) is a benefit Can take direction well and provide feedback Proactive in addressing issues and committed to resolving challenges Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Adaptive to change in work flow and capable of growing alongside The DS Family of Companies.
