Maintenance Dispatcher / $16+ Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Dispatcher for a provider of Cabin Rentals in Sevierville, TN.
Maintenance Dispatcher Responsibilities:
Create, assign, and track maintenance work orders Keep communication with maintenance, cleaners, vendors and customers Respond to field staff reports Inspection of work orders Other related duties as assigned
Maintenance Dispatcher Qualifications:
Customer Service minded Ability to multi-task Ability to type 40+ WPM Strong organizational, administrative, and clerical skills Ability to handle high volume calls Professionalism in stressful situations
Maintenance Dispatcher Shift:
