POSITION OVERVIEW

Evernest is hiring a Field Service Dispatcher to play a critical role in keeping our operations and office running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll serve as the central hub between our Field Inspectors and Property Managers—coordinating inspections, managing schedules, and ensuring timely updates on all task completions. We’re looking for someone who brings clarity to complex logistics, communicates with confidence, and maintains a professional, solutions-focused approach. RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the primary liaison between Property Managers and Field Inspectors, ensuring timely and effective communication. Coordinate daily operations by efficiently assigning tasks, tracking progress, and maintaining visibility on all field activity. Tackle multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment while maintaining a high standard of accuracy. Identify urgent needs and respond promptly and professionally to shifting priorities. Handle administrative responsibilities, including mail processing, bank deposits, and fleet vehicle registration maintenance. Welcome office visitors with warmth and assist them with their needs to ensure a positive experience.

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent customer service skills with a strong sense of urgency. Highly self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong verbal communication skills for clear and effective interaction. Previous experience in dispatching or schedule coordinating is a plus. High energy, positive attitude, and comfort in a team environment.
