Duties Coordinate and schedule tows light service calls, ensuring optimal routing for timely ATA Utilize GPS and GIS technologies to track vehicles and monitor their progress. Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support as needed. Manage tows and light service calls processes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete Analyze transportation data to identify trends, optimize routes, and improve service levels. Address any issues or delays promptly while maintaining a high level of customer service. Requirements Proven experience in transportation planning or logistics coordination preferred.
