The Emergency Management Agency (EMA) Director is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing all emergency management and disaster preparedness efforts within Etowah County. This position ensures readiness for, response to, and recovery from natural and man-made disasters, in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
