Tetra Tech’s Disaster Recovery and Emergency Management Unit is currently hiring for a Sr. Executive Administrator.
The Sr. Executive Administrator is responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of staffing models, resource allocation, and scheduling frameworks that drive operational excellence and ensure the successful delivery of projects within defined timelines and budgets. This role requires a high level of collaboration with cross-functional teams to align resources withanizational goals and adapt to dynamic business needs. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in emergency management and program management, demonstrating a proven ability to leadplex initiatives in high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Collaboration:
Partner with internal stakeholders to evaluate and integrate resource availability, material needs, and operationalmitments intoprehensive staffing schedules.
Dynamic Resource Management:
Monitor project progress and proactively adjust staffing plans in response to shifts in resource flow and evolving business requirements.
Advanced Scheduling Solutions:
Leverage ERP systems and advanced planning software to create and maintain master schedules that optimize resource utilization and operational efficiency.
Talent Acquisition Support:
Collaborate with HR to identify staffing needs, assist in recruitment processes, and ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for project support.
Staff Readiness and Communication:
Maintain ongoingmunication with team members to assess readiness for deployment and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Credential Management:
Oversee the maintenance of staff credentials, training, and up-to-date resumes to ensurepliance and readiness for project assignments.
Logistical Coordination:
Manage logistics for staff deployments, ensuring seamless transitions and operational continuity across multiple projects.
Resource Allocation Oversight:
Assist the Department Manager in strategically managing staffing resources across concurrent projects and programs to maximize efficiency.
Performance Management:
Lead and mentor subordinate staff, ensuring high performance and adnce to project milestones and budgetary constraints.
Project Management Excellence:
Oversee a variety of projects related to post-event recovery and monitoring services, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction.
Emergency Management Expertise:
knowledge of emergency management principles to effectively coordinate disaster recovery efforts and ensurepliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
Interact with clients, consultants, and strategic partners to document project needs and facilitate effective disaster recovery efforts.
Integrity and Professionalism:
Uphold a high standard of integrity in all professional interactions, fostering trust and collaboration within the team and with external partners.

Flexibility tomit to nonstandard work schedules, including extended hours and weekend work during project activations.
Willingness to travel for short-term assignments as required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role, with a preference for supervisory experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Strong familiarity with disaster recovery, emergency management, public safety, or related fields is essential.
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely and budgetpliant delivery.
Excellent program management experience, with a track record of leadingplex initiatives in emergency management or related fields.
Exceptional verbal and writtenmunication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
Highlyanized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
