Job Description:
Coordinate and monitor environmental safety management activities and special project initiatives. Assist in developing and implementing departmental goals, policies, procedures, and schedules. Manage purchasing and tracking for capital improvement projects, including furniture and equipment. Work closely with the CEO and CFO to ensure facility maintenance records, contracts, and leases are current. Serve as a liaison between contractors and the organization to ensure project satisfaction and problem resolution. Support the development of departmental budgets and monitor ongoing expenses. Ensure a safe, functional, and effective environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Identify safety risks related to patient care, staff operations, and the physical environment. Oversee execution of facility improvement initiatives and contractor performance.
Position Requirements:
Proficiency in project management and facility operations. Ability to interpret and apply organizational policies and procedures. Strong organizational and analytical skills for handling budgets and timelines. Skilled in working independently and collaboratively with leadership and contractors.
