The main function of theApartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, andcomplete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidatewill have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-roundedskills such as electrical, plumbing, and a solid carpentrybackground. Requirements
- Ensure work orders/turnovers arecompleted effectively and efficiently
- Maintain a count ofoutstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily
- Keep the maintenance area neat and clean
- Work on call rotationsfor maintenance emergencies
- Coordinate with the Property Manageron purchasing parts/material as needed. Essential Skills/Abilities
- Electrical, plumbing, and carpentryexperience
- Ability to support and contribute to the team
- Positive attitude
- Two (2) years’ experience in previous relevantmaintenance field
- Neat, clean, and professional
