Check facilities process capability and production volume, while maintaining and improving quality standards to ensure manufacturing efficiency. Collect data to record facilities work processes and sequence of operation to identify area of improvements in building usage. Ensure optimal status in operational systems and facility infrastructure to ascertain and improve operational efficiencies. Coordinate architectural and engineering planning and design for necessary improvements of the facilities.
