Responsibilities:
The RN Supervisor is responsible toprovide nursing supervision, coordination, and evaluation of theday-to-day nursing activities in accordance with current federal,state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that governthe facility.
Key Qualifications:
Must have, at a minimum, a NursingDegree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduateof an approved RN program.
Must possess a current, unencumbered,active license to practice as an RN in this state.
Must possessleadership/and supervisory ability and the willingness to workharmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
Prior experience asan RN Supervisor in a long-term care community is preferred.byJobble
